By creating an account or using NutritionTracker Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NutritionTracker Pro ("we", "our", or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Service, and we will delete any account found to belong to a child under 13.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nutritiontrackerpro.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is required at signup but will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscription plans
After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly ($9.99/month) and annual ($59.99/year) plans. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Mobile app subscribers
Subscriptions purchased through the NutritionTracker Pro website are managed directly through our website at nutritiontrackerpro.net. If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, subscription management is handled on our website, not through the app stores.

NutritionTracker Pro is an informational tool intended to help you track your food intake and fitness activities. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
The AI coaching feature (Coach Shauna) provides general nutrition and fitness information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition.
Nutritional data provided in the Service may contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any nutritional information. Do not rely solely on our data for medical or dietary decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by NutritionTracker Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (food logs, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of nutritional data, third-party content, or the results of any diet or fitness program you follow.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTRITIONTRACKER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Vermont, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
